Her personal philosophy is reflected in her treatment style which seeks to combine wellness, wholeness and body-mind-heart coherence, not to treat just the symptoms.  She addresses all aspects of the patient for the following: stress modulation, behaviors, relationships, food choices, lifestyle, sleep, physical, emotional and chemical triggers, relaxation, movement, and emotional well-being to access a balanced body, mind and heart.  This has allowed much success in finding a path to wholeness for her patients.

When she's not working and running her Soaringsun Health and Acupuncture practice in Evergreen, CO., she's enjoying her family.  Her family loves to outdoor enthuse with snowboarding/skiing, hiking, jumping on the trampoline and walking their dog Hunter.  She loves to move with dancing, stretching, yoga and foam rolling.  Her children do a form stretching and/ or breath work daily.   She also surrenders to meditation as a mindfulness daily practice.  For nutrition, she bases her families lifestyle around whole foods for the optimal wellness.  She believes in love, hugs and kindness to connect the heart and mind for the healthiest outlook for her family.

This provides her the lifestyle factors for nurturing an autoimmune predisposition.
